Ang Pulong Sa Dios
Ang Sambingay bahin sa mga Saop
(Mat. 21:33-46; Luc. 20:9-19)
12 Unya miingon si Jesus kanila pinaagi sa mga sambingay, “May usa ka tawo nga adunay yuta nga gipatamnan niya ug ubas. Gipakoralan niya kini, ug nagpahimo siyag bangag sa dakong bato aron himuong pug-anan sa ubas. Nagpatukod usab siya ug usa ka tore nga bantayanan. Pagkahuman gipasaopan niya ang iyang ubasan ug milakaw ngadto sa layong dapit. 2 Sa panahon na sa pagpamupo sa ubas, gisugo niya ang usa ka sulugoon ngadto sa mga saop aron sa pagkuha sa iyang bahin. 3 Pag-abot didto sa sulugoon, gidakop nila kini ug gikulata, ug gipapauli nga walay dala. 4 Gisugo na usab sa tag-iya ang usa pa ka sulugoon, apan gipakaulawan kini nila ug gibunalan sa ulo. 5 Nagsugo pa gayod siya ug usa pa ka sulugoon ug ila kining gipatay. Daghan pang mga sulugoon ang gipadala sa tag-iya. Ang uban gikulata nila, ug ang uban gipatay. 6 Sa kataposan, wala na siyay sulugoon nga masugo. Busa gisugo niya ang iyang pinalanggang anak. Kay naghunahuna siya nga tahoron nila ang iyang anak. 7 Apan pagkakita sa mga saop sa iyang anak, nagaingnanay sila, ‘Ania na ang manununod. Dali, patyon nato siya aron maato ang iyang mapanunod.’ 8 Busa gidakop nila siya ug gipatay. Gilabay nila ang iyang patayng lawas sa gawas sa ubasan.”
9 Ug miingon si Jesus, “Unsa man ang buhaton sa tag-iya? Sigurado gayod nga adtoon niya ang mga saop ug pamatyon. Ug pasaopan niyag lain ang iyang ubasan.” 10 Nagpadayon si Jesus sa pag-ingon, “Wala ba ninyo kini mabasahi sa Kasulatan?
‘Ang bato nga gisalikway sa mga panday
mao gayod hinuon ang nahimong pundasyon.
11 Mao kini ang gihimo sa Ginoo,
ug kahibulongan kini kanato.’ ”[a]
12 Nasabtan sa kadagkoan sa mga Judio nga sila gayod ang gitumong niadtong sambingay. Buot unta nilang dakpon si Jesus, apan nahadlok sila sa mga tawo. Busa gipasagdan na lang nila siya, ug nanglakaw sila.

The Parable of the Tenants(A)
12 Jesus then began to speak to them in parables: “A man planted a vineyard.(B) He put a wall around it, dug a pit for the winepress and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and moved to another place. 2 At harvest time he sent a servant to the tenants to collect from them some of the fruit of the vineyard. 3 But they seized him, beat him and sent him away empty-handed. 4 Then he sent another servant to them; they struck this man on the head and treated him shamefully. 5 He sent still another, and that one they killed. He sent many others; some of them they beat, others they killed.
6 “He had one left to send, a son, whom he loved. He sent him last of all,(C) saying, ‘They will respect my son.’
7 “But the tenants said to one another, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.’ 8 So they took him and killed him, and threw him out of the vineyard.
9 “What then will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others. 10 Haven’t you read this passage of Scripture:
“‘The stone the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone;(D)
11 the Lord has done this,
and it is marvelous in our eyes’[a]?”(E)
12 Then the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the elders looked for a way to arrest him because they knew he had spoken the parable against them. But they were afraid of the crowd;(F) so they left him and went away.(G)
