⁷ Then a cloud appeared and covered them, and a voice came from the cloud:^(A) “This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to him!”^(B)

¹⁷ He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”^[a](A)

¹⁷ And a voice from heaven^(A) said, “This is my Son,^(B) whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”^(C)

³⁴ While he was speaking, a cloud appeared and covered them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud. ³⁵ A voice came from the cloud, saying, “This is my Son, whom I have chosen;^(A) listen to him.”^{(B) 36} When the voice had spoken, they found that Jesus was alone. The disciples kept this to themselves and did not tell anyone at that time what they had seen.^(C)

¹¹ And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son,^(A) whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”^(B)

¹¹ And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life,^(A) and this life is in his Son.^{(B) 12} Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.^(C)

²² For Moses said, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own people; you must listen to everything he tells you.^{(A) 23} Anyone who does not listen to him will be completely cut off from their people.’^[a](B)

³¹ But these are written that you may believe^[a](A) that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God,^(B) and that by believing you may have life in his name.^(C)

⁶⁹ We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.”^(A)
