³³ Now many saw them going and ^(A)recognized them, and they ran there on foot from all the towns and got there ahead of them.

Hearing and Doing the Word

^19 (A)Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person ^(B)be quick to hear, ^(C)slow to speak, ^(D)slow to anger;

² And a large crowd was following him, because they saw the signs that he was doing on the sick.

Jesus Heals Many

^29 (A)Jesus went on from there and walked ^(B)beside the Sea of Galilee. And he ^(C)went up on the mountain and sat down there. ³⁰ And great crowds came to him, bringing with them ^(D)the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute, and many others, and they put them at his feet, and he healed them, ^31 (E)so that the crowd wondered, when they saw the mute speaking, ^(F)the crippled healthy, the lame walking, and the blind seeing. And ^(G)they glorified ^(H)the God of Israel.

⁵⁴ And when they got out of the boat, the people immediately ^(A)recognized him ⁵⁵ and ran about the whole region and began to bring ^(B)the sick people ^(C)on their beds to wherever they heard he was.
