³ Isn’t this the carpenter,^(A) the son of Mary,^(B) and the brother of James,^(C) Joses, Judas,^(D) and Simon? And aren’t his sisters here with us? ’ So they were offended^(E) by him.

⁴ Jesus said to them, ‘A prophet^(F) is not without honour^(G) except in his home town, among his relatives, and in his household.’ ⁵ He was not able to do a miracle^(H) there, except that he laid his hands on^(I) a few ill^(J) people and healed^(K) them.
