¹⁶ But when Herod heard of it, he said, “John, whom I beheaded, has been raised.”

¹⁰ and ^(A)those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them and make merry and ^(B)exchange presents, because these two prophets ^(C)had been a torment to those who dwell on the earth. ¹¹ But after the three and a half days ^(D)a breath of life from God entered them, and they stood up on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. ¹² Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, ^(E)“Come up here!” And ^(F)they went up to heaven ^(G)in a cloud, and their enemies watched them. ¹³ And at that hour there was ^(H)a great earthquake, and ^(I)a tenth of the city fell. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and ^(J)gave glory to ^(K)the God of heaven.

⁹ Herod said, “John I beheaded, but who is this about whom I hear such things?” And ^(A)he sought to see him.

⁴ saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” They said, “What is that to us? ^(A)See to it yourself.”

² and he said to his servants, ^(A)“This is John the Baptist. He has been raised from the dead; that is why these miraculous powers are at work in him.”

¹⁰ and on the vine there were three branches. As soon as it budded, its blossoms shot forth, and the clusters ripened into grapes. ¹¹ Pharaoh's cup was in my hand, and I took the grapes and pressed them into Pharaoh's cup and placed the cup in Pharaoh's hand.”
