^38 (B)Now He arose from the synagogue and entered Simon’s house. But Simon’s wife’s mother was ^[a]sick with a high fever, and they ^(C)made request of Him concerning her.

²¹ So He asked his father, “How long has this been happening to him?”

And he said, “From childhood. ²² And often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”

²³ So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town. And when ^(A)He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything.

³² Then ^(A)they brought to Him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they begged Him to put His hand on him.
