¹³ And he sent ^(A)two of his disciples and said to them, “Go into the city, and a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him,

¹⁰ He said to them, “Behold, when you have entered the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him into the house that he enters ¹¹ and tell the master of the house, ^(A)‘The Teacher says to you, Where is ^(B)the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’ ¹² And he will show you ^(C)a large upper room furnished; prepare it there.” ¹³ And they went and found it ^(D)just as he had told them, and they prepared the Passover.

¹⁸ He said, “Go into the city to a certain man and say to him, ^(A)‘The Teacher says, ^(B)My time is at hand. I will keep the Passover at your house with my disciples.’” ¹⁹ And the disciples did as Jesus had directed them, and they prepared the Passover.

⁹ And ^(A)being made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him,

¹³ And ^(A)no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are ^(B)naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

¹⁴ You are ^(A)my friends ^(B)if you do what I command you.

⁵ His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”

³⁰ saying, “Go into the village in front of you, where on entering you will find a colt tied, ^(A)on which no one has ever yet sat. Untie it and bring it here. ³¹ If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ you shall say this: ‘The Lord has need of it.’” ³² So those who were sent went away and found it ^(B)just as he had told them. ³³ And as they were untying the colt, its owners said to them, “Why are you untying the colt?”

² and said to them, “Go into the village in front of you, and immediately as you enter it you will find a colt tied, ^(A)on which no one has ever sat. Untie it and bring it. ³ If anyone says to you, ‘Why are you doing this?’ say, ‘The Lord has need of it and will send it back here immediately.’”

⁹ For I too am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. And I say to one, ‘Go,’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes, and to my servant,^[a] ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”
