³² “But of that day and hour ^(B)no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the ^(C)Father.

⁷ And He said to them, ^(A)“It is not for you to ^(B)know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.

No One Knows the Day or Hour^(A)

^36 (B)“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of ^[a]heaven, ^(C)but My Father only. ³⁷ But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. ^38 (D)For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, ³⁹ and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. ^40 (E)Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. ⁴¹ Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. ^42 (F)Watch therefore, for you do not know what ^[b]hour your Lord is coming.

^13 (A)“Watch therefore, for you ^(B)know neither the day nor the hour ^[a]in which the Son of Man is coming.

^3 (A)Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and ^(B)repent. ^(C)Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you ^(D)as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.

The Day of the Lord

5 But concerning ^(A)the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. ² For you yourselves know perfectly that ^(B)the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.

^26 (A)Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. ²⁷ And then He will send His angels, and gather together His ^[a]elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven.

⁶ “And at midnight ^(A)a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom ^[a]is coming; go out to meet him!’

The Day of the Lord

¹⁰ But ^(A)the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which ^(B)the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be ^[a]burned up.
