²⁷ Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”^(A)

²⁷ “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind.^(A) Is anything too hard for me?^(B)

¹³ Then the Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Will I really have a child, now that I am old?’^{(A) 14} Is anything too hard for the Lord?^(B) I will return to you at the appointed time next year,^(C) and Sarah will have a son.”^(D)

³⁷ For no word from God will ever fail.”^(A)

²⁷ Jesus replied, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”^(A)

¹⁹ Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead,^(A) and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death.

²¹ But Moses said, “Here I am among six hundred thousand men^(A) on foot, and you say, ‘I will give them meat to eat for a whole month!’ ²² Would they have enough if flocks and herds were slaughtered for them? Would they have enough if all the fish in the sea were caught for them?”^(B)

²³ The Lord answered Moses, “Is the Lord’s arm too short?^(C) Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you.^(D)”
