22 While they were eating, Jesus took bread. When he had blessed it, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “Take it.[a] This is my body.”
23 Then he took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them. They all drank from it. 24 He said to them, “This is my blood of the new testament,[b] which is poured out for many.

New International Version
22 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it(A) and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take it; this is my body.”
23 Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, and they all drank from it.(B)
24 “This is my blood of the[a] covenant,(C) which is poured out for many,” he said to them.
