32 (A)But of that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.
33 “See to it, (B)keep on the alert; for you do not know when the appointed time [a]will come. 34 (C)It is like a man away on a journey, who, leaving his house and giving authority to his slaves—each one his task, also commanded the doorkeeper to stay awake.

32 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.(A) 33 Be on guard! Be alert[a]!(B) You do not know when that time will come. 34 It’s like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants(C) in charge, each with their assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch.
