17 And woe to the ones having a child in the womb, and to the ones nursing in those days. 18 And be praying that it may not take place in winter. 19 For those days will be an affliction[a] such-as has not taken place such-as-this since the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never will take place [again].

17 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers!(A) 18 Pray that this will not take place in winter, 19 because those will be days of distress unequaled from the beginning, when God created the world,(B) until now—and never to be equaled again.(C)
