13 (A)Everyone will hate you because of me. But whoever holds out to the end will be saved.

14 (C)“You will see ‘The Awful Horror’ standing in the place where he should not be.” (Note to the reader: understand what this means!) “Then those who are in Judea must run away to the hills. 15 (D)Someone who is on the roof of a house must not lose time by going down into the house to get anything to take along.

New International Version
13 Everyone will hate you because of me,(A) but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.(B)
14 “When you see ‘the abomination that causes desolation’[a](C) standing where it[b] does not belong—let the reader understand—then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 15 Let no one on the housetop go down or enter the house to take anything out.
