²⁴ saying, “^(A)What ^[a]business do we have with each other, Jesus ^[b]of ^(B)Nazareth? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are—^(C)the Holy One of God!”

⁵ They answered Him, “Jesus the Nazarene.” He *said to them, “I am He.” And Judas also, who was betraying Him, was standing with them.

⁷ Therefore He again asked them, “^(A)Whom do you seek?” And they said, “Jesus the Nazarene.”

¹⁹ Pilate also wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It was written, “^(A)JESUS THE NAZARENE, ^(B)THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
