²Even as it is written ^[c]in Isaiah the prophet,

^[d]Behold, I send my messenger before thy face,
Who shall prepare thy way;

Mark 1:1 Or Jesus Christ. Messiah (Hebrew) and Christ (Greek) both mean Anointed One.
