Malachi 3
King James Version
3 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts.
2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:
3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.
4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in former years.
5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts.
6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
7 Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?
8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.
10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.
12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts.
13 Your words have been stout against me, saith the Lord. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee?
14 Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the Lord of hosts?
15 And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.
16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.
17 And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
Malaquias 3
O Livro
3 “Escutem! Enviarei o meu mensageiro perante mim, para me preparar o caminho. O Senhor, a quem buscam, virá de repente ao seu templo; o mensageiro da aliança que vocês desejam. Sim, ele virá com toda a certeza!”, diz o Senhor dos exércitos.
2 Mas quem poderá sobreviver quando ele aparecer? Quem poderá suportar a sua vinda? Porque é como um fogo flamejante, refinando o metal precioso e branqueando o mais sujo vestuário! 3 Tal como um perito em refinar a prata, sentar-se-á a observar, enquanto a escória vai escorrendo. Purificará os levitas, os ministros de Deus, purificando-os como o ouro e a prata, e eles passarão a apresentar diante do Senhor ofertas com justiça. 4 Então, uma vez mais, o Senhor terá prazer nas ofertas que lhe forem trazidas pelo povo de Judá e Jerusalém, tal como antes.
5 “Nesse tempo, os meus castigos serão rápidos e certos. Mover-me-ei destramente contra os que praticam bruxarias, contra os adúlteros, contra os mentirosos, contra todos os que enganam os seus empregados, que oprimem as viúvas e os órfãos, que desfraudam os estrangeiros e que não me temem”, diz o Senhor dos exércitos.
Roubando a Deus
6 “Eu sou o Senhor e não mudo! Por isso, é que vocês ainda não foram totalmente destruídos. 7 Ainda que tenham feito troça das minhas leis, logo desde os primeiros tempos, mesmo assim, ainda podem voltar para mim, diz o Senhor dos exércitos. Venham e vos perdoarei!
Mas vocês dizem: ‘Nós nunca te abandonámos!’
8 Roubará o homem a Deus? Mas vocês roubam-me!
‘Que quer isso dizer? Como é que te roubámos?’
Nos dízimos e nas ofertas que me devem. 9 E assim a terrível maldição de Deus recai sobre vocês, porque toda a nação me tem roubado. 10 Tragam todos os dízimos à casa do tesouro, para que haja alimento suficiente no meu templo. Se assim fizerem, abrirei as janelas do céu e derramarei uma bênção tão abundante sobre vocês que nem sequer arranjarão espaço para a receber! Experimentem! Deixem que vos dê prova disso! 11 As searas serão abundantes, porque as preservarei dos insetos e das pragas. As vinhas não secarão antes das vindimas, diz o Senhor dos exércitos. 12 Todas as nações vos chamarão abençoados, porque a terra espalhará felicidade. Isto é o que vos promete o Senhor dos exércitos.
13 A vossa atitude para comigo tem sido de altivez e arrogância, diz o Senhor.
Mas vocês dizem: ‘Que queres dizer com isso? O que é que foi que dissemos contra ti?’
14 Prestem atenção! Vocês dizem assim: ‘É uma coisa inútil e sem sentido adorar a Deus e obedecer-lhe. Para que serve cumprir os seus mandamentos, lamentarmo-nos e arrependermo-nos diante do Senhor dos exércitos? 15 Portanto, daqui em diante, diremos: Abençoados os soberbos! Porque os que praticam o mal prosperam e os que ousam enfrentar os castigos divinos, escapam.’ ”
16 Então, os que temiam o Senhor falaram uns com os outros. E diante do Senhor foi escrito um memorial sobre os que o temem e centram nele o seu pensamento.
17 “Serão meus, diz o Senhor dos exércitos! Nesse dia, serão como o meu tesouro particular. Poupá-los-ei como um homem poupa o seu filho obediente e fiel. 18 Verão então a diferença que Deus faz entre os justos e os ímpios, entre os que o servem e os que não o servem.”

3 HE aquí, yo envío mi mensajero, el cual preparará el camino delante de mí: y luego vendrá á su templo el Señor á quien vosotros buscáis, y el ángel del pacto, á quien deseáis vosotros. He aquí viene, ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos.
2 ¿Y quién podrá sufrir el tiempo de su venida? ó ¿quién podrá estar cuando él se mostrará? Porque él es como fuego purificador, y como jabón de lavadores.
3 Y sentarse ha para afinar y limpiar la plata: porque limpiará los hijos de Leví, los afinará como á oro y como á plata; y ofrecerán á Jehová ofrenda con justicia.
4 Y será suave á Jehová la ofrenda de Judá y de Jerusalem, como en los días pasados, y como en los años antiguos.
5 Y llegarme he á vosotros á juicio; y seré pronto testigo contra los hechiceros y adúlteros; y contra los que juran mentira, y los que detienen el salario del jornalero, de la viuda, y del huérfano, y los que hacen agravio al extranjero, no teniendo temor de mí, dice Jehová de los ejércitos.
6 Porque yo Jehová, no me mudo; y así vosotros, hijos de Jacob, no habéis sido consumidos.
7 Desde los días de vuestros padres os habéis apartado de mis leyes, y no las guardasteis. Tornaos á mí, y yo me tornaré á vosotros, ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos. Mas dijisteis: ¿En qué hemos de tornar?
8 ¿Robará el hombre á Dios? Pues vosotros me habéis robado. Y dijisteis: ¿En qué te hemos robado? Los diezmos y las primicias.
9 Malditos sois con maldición, porque vosotros, la nación toda, me habéis robado.
10 Traed todos los diezmos al alfolí, y haya alimento en mi casa; y probadme ahora en esto, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, si no os abriré las ventanas de los cielos, y vaciaré sobre vosotros bendición hasta que sobreabunde.
11 Increparé también por vosotros al devorador, y no os corromperá el fruto de la tierra; ni vuestra vid en el campo abortará, dice Jehová de los ejércitos.
12 Y todas las gentes os dirán bienaventurados; porque seréis tierra deseable, dice Jehová de los ejércitos.
13 Vuestras palabras han prevalecido contra mí, dice Jehová. Y dijisteis: ¿Qué hemos hablado contra ti?
14 Habéis dicho: Por demás es servir á Dios; ¿y qué aprovecha que guardemos su ley, y que andemos tristes delante de Jehová de los ejércitos?
15 Decimos pues ahora, que bienaventurados los soberbios, y también que los que hacen impiedad son los prosperados: bien que tentaron á Dios, escaparon.
16 Entonces los que temen á Jehová hablaron cada uno á su compañero; y Jehová escuchó y oyó, y fué escrito libro de memoria delante de él para los que temen á Jehová, y para los que piensan en su nombre.
17 Y serán para mí especial tesoro, ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos, en el día que yo tengo de hacer: y perdonarélos como el hombre que perdona á su hijo que le sirve.
18 Entonces os tornaréis, y echaréis de ver la diferencia entre el justo y el malo, entre el que sirve á Dios y el que no le sirve.

3 Siehe, ich will meinen Engel senden, der vor mir her den Weg bereiten soll. Und bald wird kommen zu seinem Tempel der HERR, den ihr suchet; der Engel des Bundes, des ihr begehret, siehe, er kommt! spricht der HERR Zebaoth.
2 Wer wird aber den Tag seiner Zukunft erleiden können, und wer wird bestehen, wenn er wird erscheinen? Denn er ist wie das Feuer eines Goldschmieds und wie die Seifen der Wäscher.
3 Er wird sitzen und schmelzen und das Silber reinigen; er wird die Kinder Levi reinigen und läutern wie Gold und Silber. Dann werden sie dem HERRN Speisopfer bringen in Gerechtigkeit,
4 und wird dem HERRN wohl gefallen das Speisopfer Juda's und Jerusalems wie vormals und vor langen Jahren.
5 Und ich will zu euch kommen und euch strafen und will ein schneller Zeuge sein wider die Zauberer, Ehebrecher und Meineidigen und wider die, so Gewalt und Unrecht tun den Tagelöhnern, Witwen und Waisen und den Fremdling drücken und mich nicht fürchten, spricht der HERR Zebaoth.
6 Denn ich bin der HERR und wandle mich nicht; und es soll mit euch Kindern Jakobs nicht gar aus sein.
7 Ihr seid von eurer Väter Zeit immerdar abgewichen von meinen Geboten und habt sie nicht gehalten. So bekehrt euch nun zu mir, so will ich mich zu euch auch kehren, spricht der HERR Zebaoth. So sprecht ihr: "Worin sollen wir uns bekehren?"
8 Ist's recht, daß ein Mensch Gott täuscht, wie ihr mich den täuschet? So sprecht ihr: "Womit täuschen wir dich?" Am Zehnten und Hebopfer.
9 Darum seid ihr auch verflucht, daß euch alles unter den Händen zerrinnt; denn ihr täuscht mich allesamt.
10 Bringt mir den Zehnten ganz in mein Kornhaus, auf daß in meinem Hause Speise sei, und prüft mich hierin, spricht der HERR Zebaoth, ob ich euch nicht des Himmels Fenster auftun werde und Segen herabschütten die Fülle.
11 Und ich will für euch den Fresser schelten, daß er euch die Frucht auf dem Felde nicht verderben soll und der Weinstock im Acker euch nicht unfruchtbar sei, spricht der HERR Zebaoth;
12 daß euch alle Heiden sollen selig preisen, denn ihr sollt ein wertes Land sein, spricht der HERR Zebaoth.
13 Ihr redet hart wider mich, spricht der HERR. So sprecht ihr: "Was reden wir wider dich?"
14 Damit daß ihr sagt: Es ist umsonst, daß man Gott dient; und was nützt es, daß wir sein Gebot halten und ein hartes Leben vor dem HERR Zebaoth führen?
15 Darum preisen wir die Verächter; denn die Gottlosen nehmen zu; sie versuchen Gott, und alles geht ihnen wohl aus.
16 Aber die Gottesfürchtigen trösten sich untereinander also: Der HERR merkt und hört es, und vor ihm ist ein Denkzettel geschrieben für die, so den HERRN fürchten und an seinen Namen gedenken.
17 Sie sollen spricht der HERR Zebaoth, des Tages, den ich machen will, mein Eigentum sein; und ich will ihrer schonen, wie ein Mann seines Sohnes schont, der ihm dient.
18 Und ihr sollt dagegen wiederum den Unterschied sehen, was für ein Unterschied sei zwischen dem Gerechten und dem Gottlosen, und zwischen dem, der Gott dient, und dem, der ihm nicht dient.

3 萬 軍 之 耶 和 華 說 ： 我 要 差 遣 我 的 使 者 在 我 前 面 預 備 道 路 。 你 們 所 尋 求 的 主 必 忽 然 進 入 他 的 殿 ； 立 約 的 使 者 ， 就 是 你 們 所 仰 慕 的 ， 快 要 來 到 。
2 他 來 的 日 子 ， 誰 能 當 得 起 呢 ？ 他 顯 現 的 時 候 ， 誰 能 立 得 住 呢 ？ 因 為 他 如 煉 金 之 人 的 火 ， 如 漂 布 之 人 的 鹼 。
3 他 必 坐 下 如 煉 淨 銀 子 的 ， 必 潔 淨 利 未 人 ， 熬 煉 他 們 像 金 銀 一 樣 ； 他 們 就 憑 公 義 獻 供 物 給 耶 和 華 。
4 那 時 ， 猶 大 和 耶 路 撒 冷 所 獻 的 供 物 必 蒙 耶 和 華 悅 納 ， 彷 彿 古 時 之 日 、 上 古 之 年 。
