⁵ and from Jesus Christ, ^(A)the faithful ^(B)witness, the ^(C)firstborn from the dead, and ^(D)the ruler over the kings of the earth.

To Him ^(E)who ^[a]loved us ^(F)and washed us from our sins in His own blood,

¹³ And I saw three unclean ^(A)spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of ^(B)the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of ^(C)the false prophet. ¹⁴ For they are spirits of demons, ^(D)performing signs, which go out to the kings ^[a]of the earth and of ^(E)the whole world, to gather them to ^(F)the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

^15 (G)“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, ^(H)lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”

^16 (I)And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, ^[b]Armageddon.

Satanic Rebellion Crushed^(A)

⁷ Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison ⁸ and will go out ^(B)to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, ^(C)Gog and Magog, ^(D)to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea. ^9 (E)They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them.

⁷ O Lord, ^(A)righteousness belongs to You, but to us shame of face, as it is this day—to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those near and those far off in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of the unfaithfulness which they have committed against You.

Vision of the Horns

¹⁸ Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were four ^(A)horns. ¹⁹ And I said to the angel who talked with me, “What are these?”

So he answered me, ^(B)“These are the ^[a]horns that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.”

²⁰ Then the Lord showed me four craftsmen. ²¹ And I said, “What are these coming to do?”

So he said, “These are the ^(C)horns that scattered Judah, so that no one could lift up his head; but ^[b]the craftsmen are coming to terrify them, to cast out the horns of the nations that ^(D)lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter it.”
