¹² “And all nations will call you blessed,
For you will be ^(A)a delightful land,”
Says the Lord of hosts.

^4 (A)You shall no longer be termed ^(B)Forsaken,^[a]
Nor shall your land any more be termed ^(C)Desolate;^[b]
But you shall be called ^[c]Hephzibah, and your land ^[d]Beulah;
For the Lord delights in you,
And your land shall be married.

⁹ Their descendants shall be known among the Gentiles,
And their offspring among the people.
All who see them shall acknowledge them,
^(A)That they are the posterity whom the Lord has blessed.”

⁴⁸ For ^(A)He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant;
For behold, henceforth ^(B)all generations will call me blessed.

¹⁹ Behold, at that time
I will deal with all who afflict you;
I will save the ^(A)lame,
And gather those who were driven out;
I will appoint them for praise and fame
In every land where they were put to shame.
²⁰ At that time ^(B)I will bring you back,
Even at the time I gather you;
For I will give you ^[a]fame and praise
Among all the peoples of the earth,
When I return your captives before your eyes,”
Says the Lord.
