    all who pass by will be appalled and will scoff
    because of all its wounds.(E)
18 As Sodom(F) and Gomorrah(G) were overthrown,
    along with their neighboring towns,”
says the Lord,
“so no one will live there;
    no people will dwell(H) in it.

20 This company of Israelite exiles who are in Canaan
    will possess the land as far as Zarephath;(G)
the exiles from Jerusalem who are in Sepharad
    will possess the towns of the Negev.(H)
21 Deliverers(I) will go up on[a] Mount Zion
    to govern the mountains of Esau.
    And the kingdom will be the Lord’s.(J)
