³⁷ Then He said to His disciples, ^(A)“The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. ^38 (B)Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

^8 (A)But you shall receive power ^(B)when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and ^(C)you shall be ^[a]witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and ^(D)Samaria, and to the ^(E)end of the earth.”

³⁵ Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes ^(A)the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, ^(B)for they are already white for harvest!

Israel Rejects the Gospel

¹⁴ How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear ^(A)without a preacher? ¹⁵ And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:

^19 (A)Go ^[a]therefore and ^(B)make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ^20 (C)teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am ^(D)with you always, even to the end of the age.” ^[b]Amen.
