² and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.^(A)

⁹ cure the sick who are there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’^[a](A)

⁷ As you go, proclaim the good news, ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’^{[a](A) 8} Cure the sick; raise the dead; cleanse those with a skin disease; cast out demons. You received without payment; give without payment.

² “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”^[a](A)

¹¹ When the crowds found out about it, they followed him, and he welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God and healed those who needed to be cured.

¹² So they went out and proclaimed that all should repent.^(A)

¹⁴ And this good news^[a] of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world, as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.^(A)

¹⁹ When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what is sown in the heart; this is what was sown on the path.^(A)
