³⁴ The Son of Man has come ^(A)eating and drinking, and you say, ‘Look, a glutton and a ^[a]winebibber, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’

² And the Pharisees and scribes complained, saying, “This Man ^[a]receives sinners ^(A)and eats with them.”

^2 (A)There they made Him a supper; and Martha served, but Lazarus was one of those who sat at the table with Him.

⁷ But when they saw it, they all ^[a]complained, saying, ^(A)“He has gone to be a guest with a man who is a sinner.”

^36 (A)Then one of the Pharisees asked Him to eat with him. And He went to the Pharisee’s house, and sat down to eat.

¹¹ And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to His disciples, “Why does your Teacher eat with ^(A)tax collectors and ^(B)sinners?”

² Now both Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding.
