⁵ And He said to them, “The Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath.”

²⁷ And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the ^(A)Sabbath.

^10 (A)I was in the Spirit on ^(B)the Lord’s Day, and I heard behind me ^(C)a loud voice, as of a trumpet,

⁷ And a ^(A)cloud came and overshadowed them; and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is ^(B)My beloved Son. ^(C)Hear Him!”

^5 (A)The blind see and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up and ^(B)the poor have the gospel preached to them. ⁶ And blessed is he who is not ^(C)offended because of Me.”

^7 (D)As they departed, Jesus began to say to the multitudes concerning John: “What did you go out into the wilderness to see? ^(E)A reed shaken by the wind? ⁸ But what did you go out to see? A man clothed in soft garments? Indeed, those who wear soft clothing are in kings’ houses.
