^18 (A)And behold, some men were bringing ^(B)on a bed a man who was paralyzed, and they were seeking to bring him in and lay him before Jesus,

¹⁹ but finding no way to bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on ^(A)the roof and let him down with his bed ^(B)through the tiles into the midst before Jesus.

^11 (A)And when they ^(B)bring you before the synagogues and ^(C)the rulers and ^(D)the authorities, ^(E)do not be anxious about how you should defend yourself or what you should say,

²⁰ For you bring some ^(A)strange things to our ears. We wish to know therefore what these things mean.”

⁷ for ^(A)we brought nothing into the world, and^[a] we cannot take anything out of the world.

¹¹ For ^(A)the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy places by the high priest as a sacrifice for sin are burned ^(B)outside the camp.
