Jesus Heals a Paralytic

¹⁷ On one of those days, as he was teaching, Pharisees and ^(A)teachers of the law were sitting there, who had come from every village of Galilee and Judea and from Jerusalem. And ^(B)the power of the Lord was with him to heal.^[a]

¹⁹ And all the crowd ^(A)sought to touch him, for ^(B)power came out from him and healed them all.

⁴⁶ But Jesus said, “Someone touched me, for I perceive that ^(A)power has gone out from me.”

¹¹ And ^(A)God was doing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul,

³⁰ while ^(A)you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed ^(B)through the name of your ^(C)holy servant Jesus.”

15 ^(A)Then Pharisees and ^(B)scribes came to Jesus ^(C)from Jerusalem and said,

^5 (A)the blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers^[a] are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and ^(B)the poor have good news preached to them.

²¹ But whoever ^(A)does what is true ^(B)comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.”

² And the Pharisees and the scribes ^(A)grumbled, saying, ^(B)“This man receives sinners and ^(C)eats with them.”

⁵² Woe to you ^(A)lawyers! ^(B)For you have taken away the key of ^(C)knowledge. You ^(D)did not enter yourselves, and you hindered those who were entering.”
