⁵² And Jesus increased in wisdom (in broad and full understanding) and in stature and years, and in favor with God and man.

¹⁵ Rather, let our lives lovingly ^[a]express truth [in all things, speaking truly, dealing truly, living truly]. Enfolded in love, let us grow up in every way and in all things into Him Who is the Head, [even] Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).

² Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure (unadulterated) spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto [completed] salvation,

¹⁸ But grow in grace (undeserved favor, spiritual strength) and ^[a]recognition and knowledge and understanding of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (the Messiah). To Him [be] glory (honor, majesty, and splendor) both now and to the day of eternity. Amen (so be it)!
