⁵³ and they were continually in the temple^[a] blessing God.^[b](A)

²⁰ And they went out and proclaimed the good news everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by the signs that accompanied it.^[a]]]

⁴¹ As they left the council, they rejoiced that they were considered worthy to suffer dishonor for the sake of the name.^{(A) 42} And every day in the temple and at home^[a] they did not cease to teach and proclaim Jesus as the Messiah.^[b](B)

²⁰ and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”^[a]

⁴⁶ Day by day, as they spent much time together in the temple, they broke bread at home^[a] and ate their food with glad and generous^[b] hearts,^{(A) 47} praising God and having the goodwill of all the people. And day by day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.^(B)
