²⁹ but they urged him strongly, saying, “Stay with us, for it is toward evening and ^(A)the day is now far spent.” So he went in to stay with them.

Elisha and the Shunammite Woman

⁸ One day Elisha went on to ^(A)Shunem, where a ^(B)wealthy woman lived, who urged him to eat some food. So whenever he passed that way, he would turn in there to eat food.

³ But he pressed them strongly; so they turned aside to him and entered his house. And he made them a feast and baked unleavened bread, and they ate.
