Luke 24:28-31

28 So they drew near to the village to which they were going. (A)He acted as if he were going farther, 29 but they urged him strongly, saying, “Stay with us, for it is toward evening and (B)the day is now far spent.” So he went in to stay with them. 30 When he was at table with them, he took the bread and (C)blessed and broke it and gave it to them. 31 (D)And their eyes were opened, and they recognized him. And (E)he vanished from their sight.

The Disciples’ Eyes Opened
28 Then they drew near to the village where they were going, and (A)He [a]indicated that He would have gone farther. 29 But (B)they constrained Him, saying, (C)“Abide with us, for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent.” And He went in to stay with them.
30 Now it came to pass, as (D)He sat at the table with them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.
