^18 (A)For I tell you that from now on I will not drink of the fruit of the vine ^(B)until the kingdom of God comes.”

²⁹ I tell you I will not drink again of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you ^(A)in my Father's kingdom.”

¹⁶ For I tell you I will not eat it^{[a] (A)}until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.”

²⁵ Truly, I say to you, I will not drink again of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.”

The Compassion of the Lord

¹³ He ^(A)has delivered us from ^(B)the domain of darkness and transferred us to ^(C)the kingdom of ^(D)his beloved Son,

¹⁸ And ^(A)do not get drunk with wine, for that is ^(B)debauchery, but ^(C)be filled with the Spirit, ¹⁹ addressing one another in ^(D)psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with your heart,

^30 (A)Being therefore a prophet, and knowing that ^(B)God had sworn with an oath to him that he would set one of his descendants on his throne, ³¹ he foresaw and spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that ^(C)he was not abandoned to Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption. ³² This Jesus ^(D)God raised up, ^(E)and of that we all are witnesses. ^33 (F)Being therefore ^(G)exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from ^(H)the Father ^(I)the promise of the Holy Spirit, ^(J)he has poured out this that you yourselves are seeing and hearing. ³⁴ For ^(K)David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says,

³⁶ Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that ^(M)God has made him ^(N)both Lord and Christ, this Jesus ^(O)whom you crucified.”

³¹ So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the kingdom of God is near.
