Anna Bears Witness to the Redeemer

³⁶ Now there was one, Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of ^(A)Asher. She was of a great age, and had lived with a husband seven years from her virginity;

⁹ Now this man had four virgin daughters ^(A)who prophesied.

²⁰ Then Miriam ^(B)the prophetess, ^(C)the sister of Aaron, ^(D)took the timbrel in her hand; and all the women went out after her ^(E)with timbrels and with dances.

¹³ Then Leah said, “I am happy, for the daughters ^(A)will call me blessed.” So she called his name ^[a]Asher.

Spiritual Gifts: Unity in Diversity

12 Now ^(A)concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant:

¹⁴ So Hilkiah the priest, Ahikam, Achbor, Shaphan, and Asaiah went to Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of ^(A)Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe. (She dwelt in Jerusalem in the Second Quarter.) And they spoke with her.
