¹⁸ And all who heard it wondered at what the shepherds told them.

⁹ For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish that they had taken, ¹⁰ and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching men.”^[a]

³⁶ And ^(A)they were all amazed and said to one another, “What is this word? ^(B)For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

⁴⁷ And all who heard him were amazed at his understanding and his answers.

³³ And ^(A)his father and his mother marveled at what was said about him.

⁶⁵ And ^(A)fear came on all their neighbors. And all these things were talked about through all ^(B)the hill country of Judea, ⁶⁶ and all who heard them ^(C)laid them up in their hearts, saying, “What then will this child be?” For ^(D)the hand of the Lord was with him.

^18 (A)Behold, I and ^(B)the children whom the Lord has given me are signs and portents in Israel from the Lord of hosts, who dwells on Mount Zion.
