Lament over Jerusalem
41 And as He approached Jerusalem and saw the city, He (A)cried over it, 42 saying, “If you knew in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes. 43 For the days will come upon you [a]when your enemies will (B)throw up a [b]barricade against you, and (C)surround you and hem you in on every side, 44 and they will level you to the ground and your children within you, and (D)they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not [c]recognize (E)the time of your visitation.”

But now (D)they are hidden from your eyes. 43 For (E)the days will come upon you, when your enemies (F)will set up a barricade around you and (G)surround you and hem you in on every side 44 (H)and tear you down to the ground, you and your children within you.
