¹⁹ He said to him, ‘And you, rule over five cities.’

⁸ Be on your guard, so that you do not lose what we^[a] have worked for but may receive a full reward.^(A)

⁶ The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.^(A)

⁵⁸ Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord because you know that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.^(A)

⁴¹ There is one glory of the sun and another glory of the moon and another glory of the stars; indeed, star differs from star in glory.

⁴² So it is with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable; what is raised is imperishable.

⁸ The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and each will receive wages according to their own labor.^(A)
