^2 (A)as newborn babes, desire the pure ^(B)milk of the word, that you may grow ^[a]thereby,

Tongues a Sign to Unbelievers

²⁰ Brethren, ^(A)do not be children in understanding; however, in malice ^(B)be babes, but in understanding be mature.

³ and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, ^(A)unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. ^4 (B)Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

^12 (A)Gather the people together, men and women and little ones, and the stranger who is within your gates, that they may hear and that they may learn to fear the Lord your God and carefully observe all the words of this law,

¹⁴ For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise ^(A)your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.

³⁹ For the promise is to you and ^(A)to your children, and ^(B)to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

³⁹ then I will ^(A)give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them.

¹³ Now all Judah, with their little ones, their wives, and their children, stood before the Lord.

¹¹ your little ones and your wives—also the stranger who is in your camp, from ^(A)the one who cuts your wood to the one who draws your water—
