²¹ nor ^(A)will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.”^[a]

²⁸ But if it is ^(A)by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then ^(B)the kingdom of God has come upon you.

^17 (A)For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but ^(B)of righteousness and ^(C)peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

²¹ And ^(A)then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘Look, there he is!’ do not believe it.

^27 (A)To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are ^(B)the riches of the glory of ^(C)this mystery, which is Christ in you, ^(D)the hope of glory.

⁹ Heal the sick in it and say to them, ^(A)‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’ ¹⁰ But whenever you enter a town and they do not receive you, go into its streets and say, ^11 (B)‘Even the dust of your town that clings to our feet we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that ^(C)the kingdom of God has come near.’

^23 (A)Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. ²⁴ For ^(B)false christs and ^(C)false prophets will arise and ^(D)perform great signs and wonders, ^(E)so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. ²⁵ See, ^(F)I have told you beforehand. ²⁶ So, if they say to you, ‘Look, ^(G)he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. ^27 (H)For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be ^(I)the coming of the Son of Man. ^28 (J)Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.

⁸ And he said, ^(A)“See that you are not led astray. For ^(B)many will come in my name, saying, ^(C)‘I am he!’ and, ^(D)‘The time is at hand!’ Do not go after them.

^23 (A)And they will say to you, ‘Look, there!’ or ‘Look, here!’ Do not go out or follow them.
