⁵ And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

² looking unto Jesus, the ^[a]author and ^[b]finisher of our faith, ^(A)who for the joy that was set before Him ^(B)endured the cross, despising the shame, and ^(C)has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

⁹ And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because ^(A)he also is ^(B)a son of Abraham;

³ For ^(A)we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. ⁴ But when ^(B)the kindness and the love of ^(C)God our Savior toward man appeared, ^5 (D)not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through ^(E)the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, ^6 (F)whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, ⁷ that having been justified by His grace ^(G)we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

^3 (A)among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in ^(B)the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and ^(C)were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

⁴ But God, ^(D)who is rich in mercy, because of His ^(E)great love with which He loved us, ^5 (F)even when we were dead in trespasses, ^(G)made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), ⁶ and raised us up together, and made us sit together ^(H)in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

³⁴ Jesus said to them, ^(A)“My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to ^(B)finish His work. ³⁵ Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes ^(C)the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, ^(D)for they are already white for harvest!
