⁴ Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem?

¹⁵ Shallun the son of Col-Hozeh, leader of the district of Mizpah, repaired ^(A)the Fountain Gate; he built it, covered it, hung its doors with its bolts and bars, and repaired the wall of the Pool of ^(B)Shelah^[a] by the ^(C)King’s Garden, as far as the stairs that go down from the City of David.

¹⁹ and suddenly a great wind came from ^[a]across the wilderness and struck the four corners of the house, and it fell on the young people, and they are dead; and I alone have escaped to tell you!”

¹¹ He answered and said, ^(A)“A Man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes and said to me, ‘Go to ^[a]the pool of Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed, and I received sight.”

⁷ And He said to him, “Go, wash ^(A)in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated, Sent). So ^(B)he went and washed, and came back seeing.

²⁴ And when he had begun to settle accounts, one was brought to him who owed him ten thousand talents.

⁴¹ “There was a certain creditor who had two debtors. One owed five hundred ^(A)denarii, and the other fifty. ⁴² And when they had nothing with which to repay, he freely forgave them both. Tell Me, therefore, which of them will love him more?”

³⁰ But the rest fled to Aphek, into the city; then a wall fell on twenty-seven thousand of the men who were left.

And Ben-Hadad fled and went into the city, into an inner chamber.
