¹²But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your ^(A)infirmity.” ¹³^(B)And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

¹⁴But the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because Jesus had ^(C)healed on the Sabbath; and he said to the crowd, ^(D)“There are six days on which men ought to work; therefore come and be healed on them, and ^(E)not on the Sabbath day.”

¹⁴Indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath,^(B) the synagogue leader^(C) said to the people, “There are six days for work.^(D) So come and be healed on those days, not on the Sabbath.”

¹³Il posa ses mains sur elle et, immédiatement, elle se redressa et se mit à louer Dieu.

¹⁴Mais le responsable de la synagogue fut fâché que Jésus ait fait cette guérison le jour du sabbat. S’adressant à la foule, il lui dit : Il y a six jours pour travailler : venez donc vous faire guérir ces jours-là, mais pas le jour du sabbat !
