⁴⁰ You foolish people!^(A) Did not the one who made the outside make the inside also?

³⁶ How foolish!^(A) What you sow does not come to life unless it dies.^(B)

²⁶ Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.

⁹ Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits^(A) and live!^(B)
