^18 (B)“The Spirit of the Lord ^(C)is upon me,
    because he has anointed me
    to ^(D)proclaim good news to the poor.
^(E)He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
    and ^(F)recovering of sight to the blind,
    ^(G)to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
^19 (H)to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.”
