Luke 23:2-4
Christian Standard Bible
2 They began to accuse him, saying, “We found this man misleading our nation, opposing payment of taxes(A) to Caesar, and saying that he himself is the Messiah, a king.”
3 So Pilate asked him,(B) “Are you the king of the Jews?” (C)
He answered him, “You say so.”[a]
4 Pilate then told the chief priests and the crowds, “I find no grounds(D) for charging this man.”

2 And they began to accuse him, saying, “We have found this man subverting our nation.(A) He opposes payment of taxes to Caesar(B) and claims to be Messiah, a king.”(C)
3 So Pilate asked Jesus, “Are you the king of the Jews?”
“You have said so,” Jesus replied.
4 Then Pilate announced to the chief priests and the crowd, “I find no basis for a charge against this man.”(D)
