³³and after they flog Him, they will kill Him, and He will rise on the third day.”^(A)

New International Version

³³they will flog him^(A) and kill him.^(B) On the third day^(C) he will rise again.”^(D)

³³And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again.

²⁴God raised Him up, ending the pains of death,^(A) because it was not possible for Him to be held by it.

²⁴But God raised him from the dead,^(A) freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him.^(B)

²⁴Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
