⁴² And ^(A)the Lord said, “^(B)Who then is the faithful and sensible ^(C)steward, whom his master will put in charge of his ^[a]servants, to give them their rations at the proper time? ⁴³ Blessed is that ^(D)slave whom his ^[b]master finds so doing when he comes. ⁴⁴ Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions.

¹⁷ And he said to him, ‘Well done, good slave, because you have been ^(A)faithful in a very little thing, you are to be in authority over ten cities.’
