Dios Habla Hoy

La ofrenda de la viuda pobre(A)

21 Jesús estaba viendo a los ricos echar dinero en los cofres de las ofrendas, 2 y vio también a una viuda pobre que echaba dos moneditas de cobre. 3 Entonces dijo:

—De veras les digo que esta viuda pobre ha dado más que todos; 4 pues todos dan ofrendas de lo que les sobra, pero ella, en su pobreza, ha dado todo lo que tenía para vivir.

Jesús anuncia que el templo será destruido(B)

5 Algunos estaban hablando del templo, de la belleza de sus piedras y de las ofrendas votivas que lo adornaban. Jesús dijo:

6 —Vendrán días en que de todo esto que ustedes están viendo no quedará ni una piedra sobre otra. Todo será destruido.

Señales antes del fin(C)

7 Entonces le preguntaron:

—Maestro, ¿cuándo va a ocurrir esto? ¿Cuál será la señal de que estas cosas ya están a punto de suceder?

8 Jesús contestó:

—Tengan cuidado para no dejarse engañar. Porque vendrán muchos haciéndose pasar por mí. Dirán: “Yo soy”, y “Ahora es el tiempo.” Pero ustedes no los sigan. 9 Y cuando tengan noticias de guerras y revoluciones, no se asusten, pues esto tiene que ocurrir primero; sin embargo, aún no habrá llegado el fin.

10 Siguió diciéndoles:

—Una nación peleará contra otra y un país hará guerra contra otro. 11 Habrá grandes terremotos, y hambres y enfermedades en diferentes lugares, y en el cielo se verán cosas espantosas y grandes señales.

12 »Pero antes de esto, a ustedes les echarán mano y los perseguirán. Los llevarán a juzgar en las sinagogas, los meterán en la cárcel y los presentarán ante reyes y gobernadores por causa mía. 13 Así tendrán oportunidad de dar testimonio de mí. 14 Háganse el propósito de no preparar de antemano su defensa, 15 porque yo les daré palabras tan llenas de sabiduría que ninguno de sus enemigos podrá resistirlos ni contradecirlos en nada. 16 Pero ustedes serán traicionados incluso por sus padres, sus hermanos, sus parientes y sus amigos. A algunos de ustedes los matarán, 17 y todo el mundo los odiará por causa mía; 18 pero no se perderá ni un cabello de su cabeza. 19 ¡Manténganse firmes, para poder salvarse!

20 »Cuando vean a Jerusalén rodeada de ejércitos, sepan que pronto será destruida. 21 Entonces, los que estén en Judea, que huyan a las montañas; los que estén en Jerusalén, que salgan de la ciudad, y los que estén en el campo, que no regresen a ella. 22 Porque serán días de castigo, en que se cumplirá todo lo que dicen las Escrituras. 23 ¡Pobres mujeres aquellas que en tales días estén embarazadas o tengan niños de pecho! Porque habrá mucho dolor en el país, y un castigo terrible contra este pueblo. 24 Unos morirán a filo de espada y a otros los llevarán prisioneros por todas las naciones; y los paganos pisotearán a Jerusalén hasta que se cumpla el tiempo que les ha sido señalado.

El regreso del Hijo del hombre(D)

25 »Habrá señales en el sol, en la luna y en las estrellas; y en la tierra las naciones estarán confusas y se asustarán por el terrible ruido del mar y de las olas. 26 La gente se desmayará de miedo al pensar en lo que va a sucederle al mundo; pues hasta las fuerzas celestiales serán sacudidas. 27 Entonces se verá al Hijo del hombre venir en una nube con gran poder y gloria. 28 Cuando comiencen a suceder estas cosas, anímense y levanten la cabeza, porque muy pronto serán libertados.

29 También les puso esta comparación:

—Fíjense en la higuera, o en cualquier otro árbol. 30 Cuando ven que brotan las hojas, se dan cuenta ustedes de que ya está cerca el verano. 31 De la misma manera, cuando vean que suceden estas cosas, sepan que el reino de Dios ya está cerca.

32 »Les aseguro que todo esto sucederá antes que muera la gente de este tiempo. 33 El cielo y la tierra dejarán de existir, pero mis palabras no dejarán de cumplirse.

34 »Tengan cuidado y no dejen que sus corazones se hagan insensibles por los vicios, las borracheras y las preocupaciones de esta vida, para que aquel día no caiga de pronto sobre ustedes 35 como una trampa. Porque vendrá sobre todos los habitantes de la tierra. 36 Estén ustedes preparados, orando en todo tiempo, para que puedan escapar de todas estas cosas que van a suceder y para que puedan presentarse delante del Hijo del hombre.

37 Jesús enseñaba de día en el templo, y de noche se quedaba en el monte que se llama de los Olivos. 38 Y toda la gente iba temprano al templo a oírlo.

21 Levantando los ojos, vio a los ricos que echaban sus ofrendas en el arca de las ofrendas. 2 Vio también a una viuda muy pobre, que echaba allí dos blancas. 3 Y dijo: En verdad os digo, que esta viuda pobre echó más que todos. 4 Porque todos aquellos echaron para las ofrendas de Dios de lo que les sobra; mas esta, de su pobreza echó todo el sustento que tenía.

Jesús predice la destrucción del templo

(Mt. 24.1-2; Mr. 13.1-2)

5 Y a unos que hablaban de que el templo estaba adornado de hermosas piedras y ofrendas votivas, dijo: 6 En cuanto a estas cosas que veis, días vendrán en que no quedará piedra sobre piedra, que no sea destruida.

Señales antes del fin

(Mt. 24.3-28; Mr. 13.3-23)

7 Y le preguntaron, diciendo: Maestro, ¿cuándo será esto? ¿y qué señal habrá cuando estas cosas estén para suceder? 8 Él entonces dijo: Mirad que no seáis engañados; porque vendrán muchos en mi nombre, diciendo: Yo soy el Cristo, y: El tiempo está cerca. Mas no vayáis en pos de ellos. 9 Y cuando oigáis de guerras y de sediciones, no os alarméis; porque es necesario que estas cosas acontezcan primero; pero el fin no será inmediatamente.

10 Entonces les dijo: Se levantará nación contra nación, y reino contra reino; 11 y habrá grandes terremotos, y en diferentes lugares hambres y pestilencias; y habrá terror y grandes señales del cielo. 12 Pero antes de todas estas cosas os echarán mano, y os perseguirán, y os entregarán a las sinagogas y a las cárceles, y seréis llevados ante reyes y ante gobernadores por causa de mi nombre. 13 Y esto os será ocasión para dar testimonio. 14 Proponed en vuestros corazones no pensar antes cómo habéis de responder en vuestra defensa; 15 porque yo os daré palabra y sabiduría, la cual no podrán resistir ni contradecir todos los que se opongan.(A) 16 Mas seréis entregados aun por vuestros padres, y hermanos, y parientes, y amigos; y matarán a algunos de vosotros; 17 y seréis aborrecidos de todos por causa de mi nombre. 18 Pero ni un cabello de vuestra cabeza perecerá. 19 Con vuestra paciencia ganaréis vuestras almas.

20 Pero cuando viereis a Jerusalén rodeada de ejércitos, sabed entonces que su destrucción ha llegado. 21 Entonces los que estén en Judea, huyan a los montes; y los que en medio de ella, váyanse; y los que estén en los campos, no entren en ella. 22 Porque estos son días de retribución,(B) para que se cumplan todas las cosas que están escritas. 23 Mas ¡ay de las que estén encintas, y de las que críen en aquellos días! porque habrá gran calamidad en la tierra, e ira sobre este pueblo. 24 Y caerán a filo de espada, y serán llevados cautivos a todas las naciones; y Jerusalén será hollada por los gentiles, hasta que los tiempos de los gentiles se cumplan.

La venida del Hijo del Hombre

(Mt. 24.29-35,42-44; Mr. 13.24-37)

25 Entonces habrá señales en el sol, en la luna y en las estrellas,(C) y en la tierra angustia de las gentes, confundidas a causa del bramido del mar y de las olas; 26 desfalleciendo los hombres por el temor y la expectación de las cosas que sobrevendrán en la tierra; porque las potencias de los cielos serán conmovidas. 27 Entonces verán al Hijo del Hombre, que vendrá en una nube(D) con poder y gran gloria. 28 Cuando estas cosas comiencen a suceder, erguíos y levantad vuestra cabeza, porque vuestra redención está cerca.

29 También les dijo una parábola: Mirad la higuera y todos los árboles. 30 Cuando ya brotan, viéndolo, sabéis por vosotros mismos que el verano está ya cerca. 31 Así también vosotros, cuando veáis que suceden estas cosas, sabed que está cerca el reino de Dios. 32 De cierto os digo, que no pasará esta generación hasta que todo esto acontezca. 33 El cielo y la tierra pasarán, pero mis palabras no pasarán.

34 Mirad también por vosotros mismos, que vuestros corazones no se carguen de glotonería y embriaguez y de los afanes de esta vida, y venga de repente sobre vosotros aquel día. 35 Porque como un lazo vendrá sobre todos los que habitan sobre la faz de toda la tierra. 36 Velad, pues, en todo tiempo orando que seáis tenidos por dignos de escapar de todas estas cosas que vendrán, y de estar en pie delante del Hijo del Hombre.

37 Y enseñaba de día en el templo;(E) y de noche, saliendo, se estaba en el monte que se llama de los Olivos. 38 Y todo el pueblo venía a él por la mañana, para oírle en el templo.

3 – Говорю вам правду, – сказал Исо, – эта бедная вдова положила больше всех. 4 Потому что все давали от своего избытка, а она от своей нищеты положила всё, что у неё было на жизнь.

Исо Масех говорит о будущем(B)

5 Когда присутствующие заговорили о храме, о том, как он украшен прекрасными камнями и дарами, принесёнными Всевышнему, Исо сказал:

6 – Наступит время, когда от всего, что вы здесь видите, не останется и камня на камне, всё будет разрушено.

7 Его спросили:

– Учитель, когда это произойдёт? И какое знамение укажет на приближение этих событий?

8 Он сказал:

– Смотрите, чтобы никто не обманул вас, потому что многие будут приходить под Моим именем, говоря: «Это Я» и «Время настало». Не идите за ними. 9 Когда вы услышите о войнах и восстаниях, не бойтесь. Всё это должно произойти сначала, но конец наступит не сразу.

10 Исо продолжал:

– Народ поднимется на народ и царство на царство. 11 Будут сильные землетрясения, голод и эпидемии в разных местах, будут происходить ужасные события и явятся великие знамения на небе.

12 Но ещё до того, как всё это произойдёт, вас будут арестовывать и преследовать. Вас будут приводить в молитвенные дома иудеев на суд и бросать в темницы, будут ставить перед царями и правителями, и всё это из-за Моего имени. 13 Тогда у вас будет возможность свидетельствовать. 14 Но не беспокойтесь заранее о том, что вам говорить в свою защиту, 15 потому что Я дам вам такие слова и такую мудрость, что никто из ваших противников не сможет противоречить или противостоять вам. 16 Вас будут предавать даже родители, братья, родственники и друзья, и некоторых из вас убьют. 17 Все будут ненавидеть вас из-за Меня, 18 но ни один волос не упадёт с вашей головы.[b] 19 Своей стойкостью вы спасёте ваши души.

20 Когда вы увидите Иерусалим окружённым войсками, то знайте, что время его разрушения близко.[c] 21 Тогда те, кто находится в Иудее, пусть бегут в горы, кто в городе – пусть бегут из него, кто вне города – пусть не входят в него, 22 потому что это будет временем возмездия и исполнения всего написанного[d]. 23 Горе беременным и кормящим грудью в те дни, потому что великое бедствие постигнет эту землю и гнев изольётся на этот народ. 24 Люди будут гибнуть от меча, и их будут уводить в плен во все народы. Иерусалим будут топтать язычники, и так до тех пор, пока время язычников не окончится.

Исо Масех говорит о Своём возвращении(C)

25 – На солнце, луне и звёздах появятся знамения, а на земле народы будут в трепете и отчаянии от рёва морских волн.[e] 26 Они ослабеют от страха перед бедствиями, надвигающимися на мир, и даже небесные тела поколеблются.[f] 27 И тогда они увидят Ниспосланного как Человек, идущего на облаке с силой и великой славой.[g] 28 Когда это начнёт сбываться, встаньте и поднимите головы, потому что ваше избавление уже близко.

29 Потом Он рассказал им такую притчу:

– Посмотрите на инжир и на все деревья. 30 Когда на них появляются листья, вы знаете, что уже приближается лето. 31 Так и здесь, когда вы увидите, что это сбывается, знайте, что Царство Всевышнего уже близко. 32 Говорю вам истину, ещё не исчезнет это поколение, как всё это произойдёт.[h] 33 Небо и земля исчезнут, но Мои слова останутся в силе.

Призыв к бодрствованию(D)

34 – Смотрите, чтобы ваши сердца не были отягощены разгулом, пьянством и житейскими заботами и чтобы этот день не застиг вас врасплох, 35 как западня, потому что он обрушится на всех людей, живущих по всей земле. 36 Всегда бодрствуйте и молитесь, чтобы вам оказаться в силах избежать всех этих бедствий и без стыда предстать перед Ниспосланным как Человек.

37 Каждый день Исо учил в храме, а вечером шёл на Оливковую гору и проводил там ночь. 38 А рано утром народ опять собирался в храме, чтобы слушать Его.

2 And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.

3 And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:

4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

5 And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,

6 As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?

8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.

13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:

15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

16 And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.

18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

19 In your patience possess ye your souls.

20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.

21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.

22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.

24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

29 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;

30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.

31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

37 And in the day time he was teaching in the temple; and at night he went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives.

38 And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple, for to hear him.

The Widow’s Offering(A)

21 As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury.(B) 2 He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins. 3 “Truly I tell you,” he said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others. 4 All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.”(C)

The Destruction of the Temple and Signs of the End Times(D)(E)

5 Some of his disciples were remarking about how the temple was adorned with beautiful stones and with gifts dedicated to God. But Jesus said, 6 “As for what you see here, the time will come when not one stone will be left on another;(F) every one of them will be thrown down.”

7 “Teacher,” they asked, “when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are about to take place?”

8 He replied: “Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The time is near.’ Do not follow them.(G) 9 When you hear of wars and uprisings, do not be frightened. These things must happen first, but the end will not come right away.”

10 Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.(H) 11 There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.(I)

12 “But before all this, they will seize you and persecute you. They will hand you over to synagogues and put you in prison, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. 13 And so you will bear testimony to me.(J) 14 But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves.(K) 15 For I will give you(L) words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. 16 You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers and sisters, relatives and friends,(M) and they will put some of you to death. 17 Everyone will hate you because of me.(N) 18 But not a hair of your head will perish.(O) 19 Stand firm, and you will win life.(P)

20 “When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies,(Q) you will know that its desolation is near. 21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country not enter the city.(R) 22 For this is the time of punishment(S) in fulfillment(T) of all that has been written. 23 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people. 24 They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled(U) on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

25 “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea.(V) 26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.(W) 27 At that time they will see the Son of Man(X) coming in a cloud(Y) with power and great glory. 28 When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”(Z)

29 He told them this parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees. 30 When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near. 31 Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God(AA) is near.

32 “Truly I tell you, this generation(AB) will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.(AC)

34 “Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life,(AD) and that day will close on you suddenly(AE) like a trap. 35 For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. 36 Be always on the watch, and pray(AF) that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”

37 Each day Jesus was teaching at the temple,(AG) and each evening he went out(AH) to spend the night on the hill called the Mount of Olives,(AI) 38 and all the people came early in the morning to hear him at the temple.(AJ)
