17 At sinabi niya sa kaniyang mga alagad Hindi mangyayari na di dumating ang mga kadahilanan ng pagkakatisod; datapuwa't sa aba niyaong pinanggalingan.
2 Mabuti pa sa kaniya kung bitinan ang kaniyang leeg ng isang gilingang bato, at siya'y ihagis sa dagat, kay sa siya'y magpatisod sa isa sa maliliit na ito.
3 Mangagingat kayo sa inyong sarili: kung magkasala ang iyong kapatid, sawayin mo siya; at kung siya'y magsisi, patawarin mo siya.

17 Then He said to the disciples, (B)“It is impossible that no [a]offenses should come, but (C)woe to him through whom they do come! 2 It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should [b]offend one of these little ones. 3 Take heed to yourselves. (D)If your brother sins [c]against you, (E)rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.

17 Jesus said to his disciples: “Things that cause people to stumble(A) are bound to come, but woe to anyone through whom they come.(B) 2 It would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck than to cause one of these little ones(C) to stumble.(D) 3 So watch yourselves.
“If your brother or sister[a] sins against you, rebuke them;(E) and if they repent, forgive them.(F)
