²⁸But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

¹³For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey^(A) the law who will be declared righteous.

¹³(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

⁷Dear children,^(A) do not let anyone lead you astray.^(B) The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.^(C)

⁷Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
