³² For every tenth part of herd or flock, whatever ^(A)passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to Yahweh.

¹³ In the ^(A)cities of the hill country, in the cities of the ^[a]Shephelah, in the cities of the Negev, in the land of Benjamin, in the surroundings of Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, the flocks will again ^(B)pass under the hands of the one who numbers them,’ says Yahweh.
