16 Moreover, the one who (A)blasphemes the name of the Lord shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall certainly stone him. The alien as well as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.

63 But (A)Jesus kept silent. (B)And the high priest said to Him, “I [a](C)adjure You by (D)the living God, that You tell us whether You are [b]the Christ, (E)the Son of God.” 64 Jesus *said to him, (F)You have said it yourself; nevertheless I tell you, [c]hereafter you will see (G)the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power, and (H)coming on the clouds of heaven.”

65 Then the high priest (I)tore his [d]robes and said, “He has blasphemed! What further need do we have of witnesses? Behold, you have now heard the blasphemy; 66 what do you think?” They answered, “(J)He deserves death!”
