^18 (A)You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, ^(B)but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.

^34 (A)A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. ^35 (B)By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

^14 (A)Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, ^(B)without which no one will see the Lord:

⁸ If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, ^(A)“You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well; ⁹ but if you ^[a]show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as ^(B)transgressors. ¹⁰ For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet ^(C)stumble in one point, ^(D)he is guilty of all. ¹¹ For He who said, ^(E)“Do not commit adultery,” also said, ^(F)“Do not murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. ¹² So speak and so do as those who will be judged by ^(G)the law of liberty. ¹³ For ^(H)judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown ^(I)no ^(J)mercy. ^(K)Mercy triumphs over judgment.
